Solved our hotel hot water issue in one day, other company said ten+ days. I cannot have 60 rooms without hot water for 10+ days. I love Ricky and Dave, they are heroes.

Bad business practice to leave defective pipe in ground and causing problem 3 years later which cost me more than $1000.00.
VP says it is normal business practice.
Really to leave 12” of defective pipe in ground that had a class action lawsuit and replacement action!!!!!
This is the type of quality they offer!
