If you’re hoping to get an issue resolved quickly & efficiently, I would not waste precious time calling this company. I can’t even speak to their level of service because the worker never showed up!

My a/c hasn’t been cooling & I called the number listed on the website on Tuesday to schedule a diagnostic. I spoke to a worker named Bobby, explained the issue I was having with my a/c unit & stated I wanted to have someone come take a look at it to determine what repair needs to be made. Bobby assured me that he could assist with this issue. I provided my address & we agreed on a time for him to come out to take a look.

Unfortunately, the appointment time came & went & Bobby never showed up or answered my calls or texts. He did text me later that evening saying he got home late & that he was sorry, but would fit me in the next day for the same time.

I’m a pretty understanding person, so I agreed to this. I work until 5pm downtown & so his flexible availability worked best for me. However, Bobby was once again a no-show & didn’t bother responding to my calls or texts.

The temperature had been increasing this entire week & I have been a home that doesn’t have ceiling fans, with two children & without a/c since Sunday. I simply wanted him to do what was discussed, which was to come, take a look at the unit & then let me know what needed to be done to repair it.

And if he couldn’t make it, he should have communicated that to me once he find out. That way, the company could have offered to send someone else in his place. But none of this was done & I am just floored by the lack of professionalism.

I am now having to find another a/c repair provider to get my unit serviced. I am very disappointed with the customer service overall & with my experience with this company. I’m just in shock that a legitimate business would treat potential customers in this way & not seem to care.

Bobby and his brother Jason were professionals through and through. They did an amazing job re-piping my pipes that were underneath the concrete in my house. They left my house clean and did the job right the first time. Bobby also works with air conditioning and heating issues. Jason works with remodeling. I highly recommend them. Thank you Bobby and Jason.

The remodeling company is pretty professional ran by two guys that are outstanding individuals but the HVAC side is ran by a ex pill head and current meth head always lying to customers about why he didnt make it and 9 out of10 its bc his wife either found his dope or he's too busy tryna screw Angela llf this man is definitely on one and every review he has is from his wife or kin
