Kyle replaced our water heater with no issues or concerns. He was wonderful, professional, considerate, knowledgeable, kind and cleaned up behind himself. Best service experience we've ever had bar none!

Kasey was exceptional. Very informative and gave me great insight on a few electrical things around the house. He even noticed a loose wire in the breaker box and made sure it was secure. Overall great guy. Really appreciate Assured adding the electrical service to their maintenance plan, that's a game changer!

Had an issue with my AC not blowing cold air. Cory Hall was my technician and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He showed up within the scheduled window to perform my service and was extremely helpful. As a new home owner he showed me where to replace my air filters and how often they should be changed. When it came to servicing my AC unit, he was very professional in explaining what was wrong with the unit and the brake down of the cost. He’s very professional and friendly and would recommend his service to anyone!

Michael went above today to make a repair so that we could complete an event on Wednesday. We cannot thank him enough. We are long term customers of Assured Comfort and are always happy with the results of their work performance and quality. Michael, thanks again and well done! I like to add that this was supposed to be his off day and he promised to get it done.

Brandon did an outstanding job he was very informative and explained to me the issues with my AC and he went even farther to make me aware of my options the initial diagnosis does not solve the problem. He was very easy to talk too did not make me feel rushed because he had somewhere else to be. Wendy

100% satisfied with the service I received from this vendor! Johnnie was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He showed me pictures of my system and vents, explained everything and made great suggestions about how to keep things running smoothly. Also had Dalton come out to solve some plumbing issues. He was also courteous and super helpful! This was my first time using Assured Comfort but it definitely won't be the last! Highly recommended!!

Jason Bush is a credit to Assured Comfort! He is an expert technician, professional and friendly. He made a quick but thorough diagnosis of our AC problem, and provided me with a choice of different levels of repair, too. He made the repair, and then gave the system a deeper check to make sure no secondary problems were still lurking. Also, a big thank you to their dispatcher, Destiny, for her friendly and professional manner!

Johnnie Curry was the technician that came out to our house today. He was very courteous and explained everything that he did. He also explained everything that needed to be done and showed pictures of our system. I would be happy to have him as our regular technician.
