i decided to choose them because they had really good reviews and it sucks that i can not do the same. the guy that came seemed like he was doing a tune up vs troubleshooting then he tells me he does not have much experience. i was like really???? this is what i am paying for???? then he was more interested in selling me a unit vs repairing mine which i need to state my unit is in good condition and is under warranty . i will say he was very processional and a nice person but all that went away when i could tell he just wanted to leave because it was his girlfriends birthday and he was suppose to take her out for dinner sorry but not acceptable and will never contact them again.

The service techs Rob S. & Cody C. were very professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, they were so easy to talk to. Taking the time to explain the answers to my many questions is commendable! A job well done!

I have used Dobbs for over 5 years. Always respond in a timely manner. Courtesy must be part of their training. From the people that answer the phone to the service people.
Great company

Hurricane caused trees to come into my bedroom, allowing it to rain, not only in the room but into my vents. For the past two months I’d been smelling something that most likely was mold. They had a specialist assess the problem and a technician was out the next day. The receptionist was really nice and hands on with getting me taken care of.

This company is very professional. Arrived on time and during the time they estimated the tech to arrive. The tech was very thorough in explaining what was wrong. We are excited to have a new HVAC company service our property!

I was shopping around for a new hvac system for my Dad and Keith came out for an estimate.
Although my Father decided to go with a different brand product, I felt the need to come leave a review.
Keith was friendly, earnest, straightforward and interested in what was good for my Dad, not what was good for his company. The proposed quotes were fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them myself or to recommend them to others for estimates.

I am very pleased from start to finish; from Tracy's call to set up the intro consultation appointment, the punctual arrival of Manager, Keith Dobbs who went over all my concerns and addressed my home's needs as I wanted to convert from my old hot water tank to a new Rinnai tankless water heater. I discovered that in my research of the tankless water heaters that what I thought I would like wasn't cost saving nor suitable for my homes needs, thanks to Keith's professional advice and years of experience. He knew exactly what I needed, was very thorough about what would be done and how it would be done and was very efficient. He gave me a reasonable quote, and went over the details of what it covered. In a couple of days their team technician Brad and Keith were over to install the tankless. I can't say enough about Brads work he is definitely a keeper for any company. He is very thorough, very efficient, takes the time to answer any questions you may have, and makes sure his check list is completed properly. Great job!!
