Rob S was great. Explained everything he was doing and explained all of my options. Didn’t do anything that wasn’t needed. The price was more than fair. Will definitely use them again when I need a new compressor.

Right on time. Technician friendly, polite, articulate and intelligent. Explained the problem and the repair in detail. Cost was appropriate. This is a very good company. We have used them many times and are very pleased with their techs and office staff.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the minute I first called them, I felt confident that I was in good hands. The owner and his wife are involved, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable about their trade and the unique install needs in the community where I live. Stellar communication and professional workers, from the office, to the owner who personally came out to assess the job, to the person who set up my portable loaner, to the phenomenal install team who moved in for the day and moved out without a trace of ever being here...other than a brand new system and house that is nice and cool as we head into summer. One of the team members was so proud of the work he did that he took photos and commented that his wiring was some of the best he has ever done. How can I not be completely satisfied with this experience?

Professional, equipped with latest technology for diagnosis of systems so obviously up to date on training. Used foot-bootie so no mess left behind. Put all the settings back the way they were after performing his tests. Also just got a really good vibe from Rob, sounds silly but with me it's important trust your gut .
Last but not least a van load of salesman did Not appear on my doorstep trying to sell me s*** like the last 2 different companies I've had experience with.

Service call was completed in a timely manner. Fred, the technician, was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and reported his findings clearly. We experienced the same high quality service we have always received from Dobbs Heating and Air.

Dobbs has offered consistently excellent service - from interactions over the phone to the technicians at each visit. It is evident that Keith and Teresa place a high value on building relationships with their customers and earning their trust. They have an outstanding team! I appreciate their years of servicing my home and now business!

I have my reservations due to previous issues but this last time they came out went really well and I hope that things continue to go this smoothly.
