Rob S was great. Explained everything he was doing and explained all of my options. Didn’t do anything that wasn’t needed. The price was more than fair. Will definitely use them again when I need a new compressor.

The owner and his wife are involved, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable about their trade and the unique install needs in the community where I live. Stellar communication and professional workers, from the office, to the owner who personally came out to assess the job, to the person who set up my portable loaner, to the phenomenal install team who moved in for the day and moved out without a trace of ever being here...other than a brand new system and house that is nice and cool as we head into summer. One of the team members was so proud of the work he did that he took photos and commented that his wiring was some of the best he has ever done. How can I not be completely satisfied with this experience?
Professional, equipped with latest technology for diagnosis of systems so obviously up to date on training. Used foot-bootie so no mess left behind. Put all the settings back the way they were after performing his tests. Also just got a really good vibe from Rob, sounds silly but with me it's important trust your gut . Last but not least a van load of salesman did Not appear on my doorstep trying to sell me s*** like the last 2 different companies I've had experience with.
