I had a water leak under the slab in an office building that was difficult to find. Stiles got the job scheduled quickly. The technician Sebastion was very helpful and professional and good at explaining things and offering suggestions to best repair the issue. I’d definitely call them again.

Our VERY old system went on the blink (house built in 1998...original system). Stiles came out to take a look and recommended a new unit. They offered financing options and we scheduled service/installation. We were able to schedule an install only days later! The team that came out was awesome and had the system in very quickly. There were some issues, mostly due to old wiring and thermostats, but Stiles scheduled a follow up in a few days. This was over the Thanksgiving weekend and I was amazed at how quickly they responded and reassured me that all would be taken care of. I had a concern and called and Stiles sent out Joe D. He was amazing! Found the issue. Fixed it. Was super friendly and funny! Completely explained what he was checking and fixing and completely reassured me.
I highly recommend Stiles! The install was fast, affordable, and the new unit is already making a huge difference! The team that installed the unit, the manager who checked in several times, and the wonderful Joe D. all get special thanks for all their work and trouble shooting on this old house! We will be getting a service contract with Stiles. So nice to have such a professional, efficient, and friendly company that is LOCAL!

Great technician by the name of Joe. Very smart, and efficient. He was dispatched to the wrong location but still made it in plenty of time.

The initial technician that came out was very professional and compassionate. My whole heating and air system needed replaced. The installation team did a great job. And the manager followed up by coming out and checking the installation afterwards and making sure I had no questions or concerns. The company went above and beyond from start to finish. I highly recommend and I will be using them for all my future heating and air needs!!!

Sean found a major issue with our 14 yr old Heat Pump and broke the news as gently as possible. Repairs would have run around $3000, so he recommended that we go ahead and buy a new system. He discussed our needs and answered lots of questions before we decided to order a new unit. He was very thorough, earnest, and knowledgeable.

With the heatwave, our old air conditioner did not seem to be keeping up. Stiles was the only company that could schedule a service visit in a reasonable time (next day). Other companies had a week to 10 day wait. Chad Stephens from Stiles was the technician who examined our unit. Professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, efficient. Couldn't ask for more. The visit was very inexpensive as well. Five of five stars overall.
