Stiles Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

Thanks to Scotty Saemisch our experience with 'Stiles' from start to finish was fantastic. Scotty was thorough in design and explanation of the multiple projects Stiles was executing for us (new AC/Furnace, Mini Split and Baffling). Scotty's timely responses to our questions before and during the installations was timely and insightful. The installation of our new AC, Furnace and Baffling led by Colton was flawless. Colton did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to interact with throughout the installation process. Colton's work and his work ethic were impeccable even when he encountered some challenging obstacles during the installation process. It was a pleasure working with both Scotty and Colton!

Heat was out so I called for service and they were able to send Freddy out with in a few hours. Freddy was very professional he addressed the issue with in 30 min and heat was working. He gave me great advise on routine maintenance that I should be performing. Very reasonable prices.Will be calling Stiles for my next repair.

I called this morning with a problem with one of my A/C units. The nice lady that took the call said she could have a technician out this afternoon around 3 p.m. and it was right about that time he arrived. Chris was very cordial and discovered the problem right away and corrected. it. He explained the problem and took care of it. I am very satisfied with the service I receive from Stiles.

Technician arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was friendly and cheerful and after completion of his service, he inquired if we had any questions or problems that needed to be addressed. He thanked us for using Stiles and to call if we needed anything.

I have a split unit HVAC and they came to do some routine maintenance. They were quick and professional. There was a tiny billing mistake but they graciously cleared it up quickly. Highly recommend.

Had a new HVAC installed by Stiles. Scotty and the rest of the team were great. We are enjoying our new unit and would recommend Stiles to anyone. In the past, Stiles was very helpful in repairs to our old unit.

Stiles team has been good to work with. They first did maintenance on our air conditioning units and then this fall, came to look at the furnaces. We needed to have it checked out a couple of times and they were good about coming back and working with us on what was not working well. Had both Rogelio and Chris come by and appreciated that their worksite encourages them to be vaccinated as it makes it easier to have them in the home. Many thanks!

I cannot compliment the service provided by Stiles too highly. A voluminous water leak was found, dug out and professionally repaired over some 8 hours. Working in the rain, in a deep muddy excavation ,into the dark - was done in a manner that can only be described as dedicated and professional.
In over 55 yrs of home ownership: I have never experienced their equal. These guys are the absolute best.
