Stiles Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

Our upstair unit broke during the hot summer. Scott came out quickly and gave us an estimate. The estimate for Carrier AC was very reasonable compared to the other two quotes we received. Technicians are very friendly, hard-working, and professional. There was a problem with the initial installation of the AC and coil, but the 2nd crew of the technicians came out and fixed the problems. All is working well for the past 2 months. We are very pleased with Stiles Heating and Cooling.

Wife spoke with Scott about putting in a new 3 ton unit. He stated he could do the following week. Two weeks later...no call and no unit! Gave them the benefit of doubt waiting an extra week thinking 🤔 they may be busy! Wife called today and Scott acts as if he never spoke to my wife until she repeated the conversation they had! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Scott did NOT apologize as you would expect and instead was rude! DO NOT USE STILES HEATING AND AIR!

Very responsive and quick to get the units installed. Reasonable price and installation crew were awesome!

There is no better service in Athens, than Stiles Heating and Cooling. I got back from my honeymoon to a 80+ degree home. The A/C had gone out and we needed help quick. The team at Stiles Heating and Cooling sent a technician out within 1 hour from the time I called and replaced the parts that needed to be fixed at an unbeatable price. So grateful for their service and professionalism. I will never go any where else for my heating and cooling needs.

Freddy Hidalgo arrived within about an hour of our call and did a very thorough job of diagnosing the issue with our air conditioning. We were very pleased with his work.

Kevin Hallenbeck came to the rescue when my grandkids were staying with me and the AC decided to stop working! He was quick to come the day of my call, sorted out the problem right away, and got it fixed. He was most professional but very friendly and informative. He let me know of some things to look at for in our current system for the future. When something does come up, i will be calling and asking for Kevin.

Did a great job. Arrived timely and used excellent clean entry procedures. Defined problem and corrected issue. Joel O'Connell explained the problem and action to correct it.

Hanan was very very very knowledgeable, extremely kind and most professional. I asked him a million questions and he didn’t mind answering all of my questions & concerns. And it took him no time. Thanks Hanan, you’re the best!

We left multiple message back in July about having service done. NO return calls from your company. Then randomly on 8/19 I got a call from a very sweet office lady asking if I would like to schedule service. I said sure, but I also let her know that multiple calls had gone unreturned. We scheduled for today. I was under the impression that my appointment was at 10:00am. I promise, no mention of "sometime after 10:00" was said. So, my husband and I both took off work to be available to discuss a new system with the tech. So, 10:00am comes and goes and around 11:30 I call. I was then informed that it was going to be sometime after 10:00..well, yea. She then mentions that it would probably be around 2:00pm. Ok? Well, it's 4:00 now and still nothing. I called again, she says we are the next. No thank you. I cancelled. I didn't have to take the day off. What a waste of a vacation day. So all and all it has been a mess dealing with ya'll.
