Kevin was punctual, polite and professional. I am convinced he was actually putting our needs as his top priority. I read the back of his card after he left. The company's core values are there, with integrity being the first thing mentioned. Kevin certainly reflected this core value and left with his and the company's integrity well represented

We were in a pinch. Our buyer was in short due diligence and needed an estimate before the weekend. Stiles sent a tech out and rushed the report before the end of the day on a Friday.

Chris Pena performed the semi-annual inspection on my air conditioner system. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with his work. Thanks Chris!

I haven’t had work done by this company, however this is a review for their drivers.

I do not know who is in charge of picking the technicians that drive their trucks...but they must not have high standards. 80% of these drivers drive like absolute maniacs. I see them racing up behind people and weaving in and out of traffic, half of the time not even signaling to let people know what their next ignorant move will be.
I have witnessed one of the van’s drive good MAYBE 3 times, and then a white truck with the yellow (I believe it is yellow, I know it’s their older styling), I have not seen the driver of that truck drive crazy, either.
However, as far as the other drivers go...it’s pathetic.
One specific driver takes a route from HWY 106, DANIELSVILLE Rd (that turns into North Ave.), and then jumps on the bypass.

I will begin calling each driver into Clarke county because it’s beyond dangerous.
If one of your drivers ever hurt someone because of their horrible driving, I guarantee that you will have the lawsuit of your life on your hands.

Take more pride in your company, and expect something more from your employees. You seem to have fairly decent reviews on your work, so I would hate to see your company go under due to the ignorance of the employees who operate the company vehicles.

Great communication prior to arrival--even arrived ahead of schedule.

Highly knowledgeable technician; courteous and very professional. Honest and straightforward, but willing to share knowledge and explain factors/situation/etc.

Was a two-day residential job, very prompt arrival on second morning, as promised.

Technician was also personable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Used this company to install a new HVAC a cao u one of years ago. Have had 0 issues until earlier this month when I needed a service call. They came out same-day, ID'ed the issue quickly, had the part on-hand for a quick repair, and charged a reasonable fee. Very pleased with this outfit.

Scott came out quickly to scope out a few jobs for me and seemed very competent. Promised to get back with quotes within a few days. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing, despite several emails. Why waste my time assessing a job, make a promise and then not communicate? Not the way to do business - must have plenty of other (more profitable?) customers/jobs.

I just had my HVAC replaced. Working with Stiles Heating, Air, and Plumbing was a fantastic experience! I was satisfied with every detail throughout THIS situation!! THIS is truly a company run like a family ❤️! I am exceptionally pleased with my price, installation, and all aspects of working TOGETHER, with Stiles Heating, Air, and Plumbing!! They have been monitoring my last HVAC since I moved in to my new home, 16 years ago. THANK YOU STILES!!!

Best thing I did was invest in a service contract with Stiles. They check system twice a year and repair issues that arise. Their techs are too notch, their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them.
