Stiles Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

Stiles Heating and Cooling came thru in a big way for us today. We had a show at Oconee Youth School of Performance tonight and realized just a few hours before showtime that the theater wasn't cooling properly. Despite it being late in the afternoon, Stiles got a technician out right away and Joe was incredible. He literally saved the day and by the time the kids and parents started arriving the theater was cooling again. Can't thank Stiles enough! Thank you again Joe for working quickly and getting the job done.

On the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day my toilet started leaking around the base. They quickly worked me into their schedule and the gentleman (Chris) that was sent to do the work was great. Very polite, cheerful and had a great sense of humor. Thank you Stiles and especially Chris for the great service. Just a side note, I rent so I don't get to choose who does repair/maintenance. That said I'd still choose Stiles.

I had a mini split system installed in April 2021 and continue to have issues a year later. They have sent multiple technicians out to “fix” the unit which fixed for a short period of time. And now, in April 2022 it’s spewing water from the unit. I hope they take responsibility and send a technician that knows what they’re doing!

Our air stopped cooling in the early morning hours. We called Stiles soon after they opened. The receptionist was very helpful and scheduled a technician to come that same day! Our technician, Richard, was very courteous and professional. He was able to resolve our issue and had our unit working again in just a little bit. We appreciate Stiles excellent customer service!

The serviceman, Orlando, was excellent, very nice and sweet. He showed me everything on his Ipad, regarding what was needed to repair my AC and what he did He talked about the fact that my unit is 21 years old and I might start thinking about a new one (actually I asked his opinion). He wasn't pushy about it at all, just a warning. He also told me about the plan you have for maintenance. He covered every base and was a pleasure to talk to. I must also mention that I called on a Friday at approximately 3:00 PM and the girl that answered the phone somehow fit me in after telling me they were full. I can't tell you how much this was appreciated and I will certainly recommend your company. Thinking about a new unit and will call your company. Thank you for all your help.

I had them come out to repair a dripping AC unit a few months ago. The first technician came out and sat in his vehicle for about 20 minutes before even coming in. Once he came in, he looked at the unit for about a minute, replaced a drainage pipe and assured me it was fixed. A few hours later the problem returned. I called back and they sent out another technician the next day. This time the technician took his time and properly diagnosed the issue. I am very disappointed by the service I received from the first technician. The customer service from the first technician was well below what I expected. I can't recommend using them.

Excellent service, communicative, on time, professional. They also didn’t bat an eye when I told them I live in a shoeless house, and if they’d be okay not wearing shoes indoors. Got my AC up and running in 2 days, provided me with a lot of education about HVACs, and went through each service option meticulously so that I felt comfortable with the choices I made. So happy I went with them—I highly recommend their services!

Great Experience. I called this morning and they were able to send a technician to my house within hours. Joe Derrick was the HVAC technician assigned. He was extremely knowledgeable on the situation and was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Would refer Stiles Heating and Air to anyone looking for a HVAC service.
