We have received great service from Stiles and technician Chris Casper. He is always punctual and extremely professional. We highly recommend this company.

Stiles replaced two sump pumps in a duplex we own, one in 2019 and another in 2020. Three/two years later both are broken and need to be completely replaced. When asked about whether there was any warranty for the part of their installation, flat no and they also have jacked their prices up and won’t help fix the problem. There should at least be a manufacturers warranty on the equipment.

This last visit was to inspect the system. All was well fortunately. I have confidence in Stiles doing a through & professional job.

We had an A/C fan motor going bad in the midst of a heat wave. Stiles responded within 24 hours of our call for service, despite being swamped with other calls. The technician was very professional, diagnosing the problem quickly. He replaced the failing fan motor within an hour and got us back on line. We highly recommend this company.

Maintained HVAC for years now. Installed new A/C, heat pump, smart thermostat last year. Typically same person - Chris - comes for maintenance twice annually - nice continuity & he rocks! When something has gone wrong, they typically come same or next day to repair. Highly recommend.

Joe Derrick, the technician from Stiles, arrived right on time, and diagnosed the problem with our a/c system. It turned out to be an electrical problem, rather than a problem with the unit. He was able to give me directions for how to proceed, and recommended that after the electrical problem was resolved by an electrician, we have Stiles return to make sure that everything was operational and correct. He also let me know of a problem with a nest of wasps he had discovered while he was inspecting the outside of the building. I am always glad to recommend Stiles Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.

Wonderful customer service! They replaced our existing mini-split after being struck by lightning. Very professional. If your experience with them is half as good as ours you will be extremely happy.
