Stiles Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

When I described the problem to Chris he knew immediately what the problem was. He did the necessary repairs and had our A/C back on again very quickly. We were greatly relieved. We have been Stiles customers for many years and appreciate their reliability.

Colton came at the scheduled time and installed a filter return system and exhaust fans in a timely manner. He was pleasant and showed the completed work and explained it to us. We are pleased with the work.

Stiles is always available when we need them.

We have used Stiles for the last 2.5 years, and they are always reliable, fast to come out, knowledgeable and friendly.

They have always worked to find the most inexpensive way to find the solution to our old houses' needs. They always leave our place clean and on multiple occasions have had to take care of either a bee or wasp hive that was hiding in our units - over and above the call of duty.

We've had to have them out to service our AC twice on holiday weekends and they didn't overcharge for that - that is something truly rare to find in the service industry these days!

I would gladly recommend them to those looking for quality, not overpriced, friendly service.

Stiles came thru for me with a early Sunday morning service call to restore A/C in our home . I left a message, got a prompt phone call back and scheduled same day service-it doesn't get any easier than that! Richard did a superb job in diagnosing the problem and communicating repairs needed.

The service department is polite and accommodating for scheduling. Our technician arrived early and worked in a timely manner. He asked plenty of questions to make sure our needs were met and made some very helpful recommendations. Our cooling system is working great!

I has accidentally hit the high pressure line outside my house and lost all the freon in the system. They were so busy they couldn't come till the next day but came first thing that morning. I was quoted a price by a manager in the office. I found out when the technician got there that it was suppose to be a couple of hundred dollars more. But they honored the price I was quoted. This is the second time I've used them and this will continue to be the only company that I use. Always very nice and respectful. Great technicians, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I wanted to thank Orlando for coming out this morning to check the pipes and my washing machine. He tested the washing machine and didn't find anything wrong. He answered all my questions and he was kind and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. My little dog liked him too.

We had the best experience with Kevin for our first visit today. He was leaving and noticed an additional issue with our outside unit. Instead of leaving and having to come back, he fixed it on the spot. The best customer service we have had at the office in quite some time. Thanks to Stiles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
