Stiles Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

I was unhappy with the work performed by stiles technicians and the answer given to me that a two bedroom house couldn't get air into the kitchen seemed outrageous. New technicians were able to come back out and fix the issues they did not address previously the very next day. Poor service initially but technicians that came out to repair ductwork the second time around were very professional and I have strong air flow coming out of the kitchen vent that was previously stated that nothing could be done about it.

Competent expertise and friendly reliability. Chris Casper gets the job done. I recommend him and his work highly. He is an excellent representative of Stiles Heating and Cooling Company.

We have used Stiles many years for both our personal and rental property heating and air needs. We have recently moved over 2 hours away and still have rental properties in the Athens area, so having a local company you can count on for repairs and to maintain our heating and a/c units is a valuable piece of mind for us. They are always prompt, fast and reasonably priced. Would recommend them everyday!

Chris Casper of Stiles is an outstanding worker. He knows his craft that he learned in the army. Chris has serviced all our aircon/heating needs for a couple of years. I would recommend his services without qualification. I trust him. I give him five stars because six are not available.

I noticed my AC was not working properly at 5:40 PM this evening. I called and texted Stiles. Chris Casper came out and tried his best to get it started. But determined it was the inside blower which will have to be ordered. It is July 4th Eve. I appreciate his work and effort. Please use Stiles for all your heating and cooling needs...they are wonderful.

Michael did a great job! He called and texted to confirm his arrival time, wore protective covers over his shoes, demonstrated and taught me how to program my Nest thermostats for the season, and verified that my HVAC system was functioning properly. His demeanor was professional, courteous, and cordial and I really appreciated his outstanding customer service!

My air went out and I had my 6mo. old grandson staying with us. I called my heating/air company that we have been with for 15 years and they told me it would be over a week before someone could come look at it. I immediately called Stiles and someone was there the next morning! They were so nice to me and my situation that I changed companies right then and bought a service package with them. Call them, you can't go wrong!!

Had them come out to inspect the HVAC system on a house I was buying prior to making a offer. The system was a older RHEEM . Their report said all system was good and needed no repair and there were no concerns they seen . 9 days after moving in the entire system needed to be replaced. More money out of my pocket. I would not recommend this company
I called the service manager and he informed me that they only performed a visual inspection for a home purchase. Are you serious. Due to the report they provided I did not offer less on the house to have the system replaced prior to buying.

Came across this company by accident but so glad I did. Called at 8am, they arrived at 11am, as they said they would. Todd was very nice, answered all my questions, and very professional. Fixed my problem within the hour at a very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend.

These guys are the best in town. My head went out and they came out the next day to survey the situation and then installed new HVAC the following day. Upgraded the outside disconnect and the intake inside the house as part of the service. Fantastic service.
