Stiles Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

Kevin Hallenbeck has provided us with great service from Stiles. He's a smart problem solver and facilitated the successful installation of our new furnace/AC system. We trust him to keep our system running smoothly. He's a great asset to Stiles!

I had Stiles do a small HVAC project and unfortunately a water pipe burst in the process under the crawl space. They thought they fixed it but after receiving the Athens Clark $600 water bill, it was soon determined it still had a leak which wasn't detected until I got the bill. However, I judge a business on how they stand by their work and customer service and I will definitely say they are top tier. They corrected the issue promptly and without judgement. The ownership is fantastic and their workers are truly customer centered. Bravo to businesses like this. We need more of them out there. Highly RECOMMEND!

Our experience with Russell was great, he was thorough, friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely no way to get in contact with the company when there’s an emergency. Our unit isn’t even 2 years old. A brand NEW unit and we’ve had multiple issues. Extremely unresponsive. Showed up today with calling or anything. They fixed the issue but definitely not a good way to maintain good business! If our unit wasn’t under warranty I’d find another company! Extremely disappointed.

Stiles did a great job of replacing the coils in the A/C unit at my rental house. They had left by the time I arrived but I talked to Jordan by phone and he explained everything they did and to let him know if we had any problems.

I call up Stiles about once a year for a checkup or part replacement and they are always great. Kevin was super friendly and knew exactly what to look for; definitely sticking with them as my AC/HVAC provider.

Had a repair need. Appointment process was quick, professional and polite. Recieved 3 confirmations, including a call from tech Todd Lowry. He was super nice, very professional and explained what needed to be done and showed me the dead parts afterwards. Pricing was very reasonable. There are companies that would have charged more just bc of the heat wave coming this weekend. Not this company, it was nice to do business with a service company that I didnt feel like they were ripping me off.

I woke up this morning and decided I had to give thanks to Stiles Heating & Cooling. My family recently had Stiles Heating & Cooling install a new unit at the house and boy am I ever so thankful! I woke up this morning to 20 degree weather outside, but it was warmer than a September gameday inside! Their great customer service and quick installation made it seamless for installing the new unit. Highly recommend!

Stiles always does a great job for us, and also manages to come soon after we call them, and comes when they SAY they are going to come, which we all know is very rare! We highly recommend them after using them for quite a few years.

Well, this is a second hand review based on communication with my tenant. According to him Richard was very impressive. He apparently quickly diagnosed the problem and took steps to remedy it with a high degree of thoroughness. I would assume that reflects a high degree of understanding of systems and professionalism
