Stanfield Air Systems

Stanfield Air is the best. Travis and Ruben just left after installing new coil. Great job good people. The replacement coil was on national backorder so they found and replaced with a different updated coil. I have been using Stanfield Air since 1978 for both business and personal needs and have never been disappointed. Than You for tremendous service!

Stanfield (specifically Travis, Reuben and Daniel) are GREAT! We have a yearly maintenance service with Stanfield. In addition to providing timely and cost effective services, they excel at customer service. Everyone you speak to is friendly, open and honest about your service.

What I like most is that the repair folks always educate me on how the system works, they take the time to explain why they are doing something and how it will impact me and my home. Truly an exceptional company! Highly recommend!

Daniel did a great job. Not only was he courteous but he answered my questions and was accommodating by working first on rooms other than the one where my cat was staying. He was very patient and I was confident in his abilities.

We had our AC stop working and in less than 24 hours Ruben from SAS was out to our house. He was on time and so professional. He was able to diagnose and fix our AC in no time. We really appreciated him making it out on a Friday and arrived when he said he would. Ruben is the best!

Dylan was very professional. He answered any questions I had and let me know what he was doing. He was very courteous as well. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future. Thank you for your services!

Great experience from start to finish! Easy to set up the appointment, Laura is an excellent technician who explained the process well and did a thorough job. It is a great value for the price. Will definitely use again!

Ashton and his helper — i’m sorry, I didn’t catch his name — did a great job. They replaced a board in the unit which was going bad and did it in a timely manner.

The next day the heater didn’t work. I called in the morning and that afternoon Ashton was here. All it was was an old wire which had broken.

Ashton replaced it at no charge and now the heater is working.

I figured it’d take 2-3-4 days for y’all to get here, but it was just a few hours.

We’re very happy with everything and Ashton and the other man were great, they explained things and we are completely happy with everything!

Rubin Diaz was the technician who came to do the AC maintenance on our units.
There was good communication regarding arrival time, he's a quiet but respectful and very professional person who we would welcome back for our units' maintenance.
He appears to be knowledgable about our units and after finding a small issue presented his recommendations without being pushy and allowed us to make the decision as to how we wanted to proceed.

From the call there to the finished repair, it's the best experience I could ever want. Ruben, the repair man who arrived for a repair this week, was brilliant at it. Very professional and courteous. And answered all my questions. The repair went smoothly and was all that you'd expect of a great trained technician. I am so grateful for them being there. It makes my life easier to know I can depend on them for all HVAC needs. Highly recommended.
