Byron and Ken did a fantastic job. They stuck through unexpected problems our system had and stayed late just to help us out. Felt like family in the house helping us out.
This company really goes the extra mile to make things understandable through pictures and videos , and hands on , they took me in the attic and showed me what was really going on with my system. And they had a payment plan where I could get the work done now and not have to pay for it until later. It was very affordable. They are very professional, and respectful . Service 1st Pros actually care about their customers. Thanks guys for giving me 5 star service !
I have depended upon Service Pro since 2019 for repair and maintenance. They take the time needed to explain what is going on with your system and answer questions. Recently I needed to have my HVAC replaced and they were the ones I chose. They took great care in moving bulky pieces of equipment up and down my stairs, made sure drop clothes were laid out to protect my carpet and flooring and worked diligently to have my installation complete in one day. I can’t thank them enough…from those that helped me in service and maintenance, to the customer service team and the installers!
I’ve used service first pros twice now to service my two 16 year old units. The technician, Chase, was extremely knowledgeable and fixed all issues/problems we had. I plan to use them again when we replace our units in the future. Highly recommend.

The technician was respectful. Showed me internal mold in the A/C unit. There was no cleaning that is a part of a "tune up". If there was, I didn't see, nor was summoned to view. The downstairs unit has a humidity alert. This was not addressed. I want my money back.
Working with Service First Pros was fantastic. Whatever the management team is doing over there at Service First Pros they need to keep doing, every member of their staff I have interacted with are all polite, courteous, honest, professional, and know their stuff.
I just purchased a home in the area, the HVAC system was 17 years old and was in dire need of replacement. I grudgingly paid the $99 service fee for the initial inspection of the system. It turns out to be the best $99 I have spent on HVAC. Chuck came out on Wednesday to evaluate the system and work up a quote for repair, I also had asked for a quote for a system replacement. First, Chuck was fantastic; friendly, professional, personable, and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions. He advised me of a new government program that may pay part of the cost of a new system and if I was interested, he could get someone to come out and work through all that with me. I agreed, the next day Deen came by and explained details of the program, got me pricing on the repair cost, and a few options for system replacement and a price on a future project. Deen was also friendly, professional, personal, and informative. For me the best option was to replace the aging, dilapidated system I had. Deen scheduled installation for Friday the next day. Friday morning Homer and John showed up to do the installation, again, through the whole installation process they were friendly, professional, personable, and informative. The installation went smoothly. The only issue we had was one sensor "might" give me issues in the future so they're going to have someone come out and replace it as soon as they get the replacement part. They very easily could have left the part, currently function, and not said anything and i would have been none the wiser. Also, a quick shout out to Tina who called to make sure I knew I was on the schedule for installation tomorrow, again another friendly, polite, professional, personable and informative member of the Service First Pro's team.
If you're looking for an honest, professional company to service and manage your heating and cooling, this is the company you're looking for.
