Professional and on time my technician was Marcus. I really liked the fact that I wasn't focused to do anything that I didn't want to do, option and pictures was my selling point. Thank you service 1st pros for your help

Everything was great until I told a couple of men in my neighborhood what I paid. They said it was way overpriced. Unfortunately as a 67 year old single woman, I feel I was taken advantage of. I usually get several bids, but didn’t this time. I won’t let that happen again! Mary J

We have always had excellent experiences with SFP. We've had to spend a pretty penny with them, because our AC in our home was apparently installed poorly (not by them), but they have always been very accommodating and been willing to spend time walking us through various options. Beyond their professionalism, they are always willing to talk through major decisions and explain exactly what's going on with a unit.

Byron, Chuck, Ken, Josh, etc are ALL great! Very professional and caring! Good Christian people. Highly recommend them!!

When I was given the quote I was told to expect a 5-6 hour job. Three HVAC techs showed up a little before 10:00 a.m. and they did a wonderful job, finishing around 3:30. They did exactly what I was quoted for and patiently took me through each part of the repair and explained what was done. They were fantastic and I would not hesitate to use this company again. Hopefully it will be a while before I have another major HVAC repair.

The service technicians are top notch. We have had several issues with our furnace and Josh and his team stepped up and solved the problem. Our furnace installation was quick and efficient. Thank you

I have been a customer with Service First Pros for years. At first it was routine maintenance on my system, but then they helped me with financing snd installing a new HVAC. They always call or text me to remind me to set up a bi-annual service check-up on my system, then send me text message reminders. In addition, they send a text message with info and a picture of the technician coming to my house. I always feel safe. I trust the information and advice the technician gives me and the prices are fair. Ben came for my most recent check up and thoroughly checked my system. Like all the employees I have met or spoken with, he was on time, professional, and kind.

Byron Davis was our technician. He is a super guy. Took a lot of time explaining things to us. A quality individual.

Homer and John came out and helped fix a leak we had as well as other repairs! Highly professional and efficient! Can’t recommend them enough!

Installation was done and a few service calls were made to get the system running correctly. The problem was determined to be a defective component which was replaced and the system has been operating correctly since. Service has been excellent.
