Scammers. Tried to tell me BOTH air units were leaking freon and had rusted coils. Left my breakers off so that my units would not work. Set up appointments for quotes for "my options". Thankfully got a second opinion, all units operational and no problems!! No leaks or anything! Beware!!!

My AC went out over the weekend and chuck the service pro was extremely professional and explained everything that was wrong with my AC. From my first call speaking with Josh was fast and easy to make an appointment. I will be having my AC replaced next week and I have no worries that everything will go smoothly. Thank you service first pros. I look forward to spreading the word to all my friends and family to use your services for all their AC needs. The best customer service I have experienced with AC repair companies. Highly recommended.

Misdiagnosis, manager was not very apologetic but did offer the reimbursement back but failed to actually reimburse me for the service charge. Very disappointed
