After getting a quote from them we decided to go with them even though their price was the highest but we needed the service quick. These people are extremely unprofessional, they ghost out and never return calls. I had to call them MANY TIMES just to get the same answer “ Libby will call you back asap.” I finally got to the bottom of the problem and it was because they “didn’t have a good feeling about the payment discussed” which was going to be a job for a big company, all they had to do was send the bill and payment would be released automatically. That was very suspicious because it tells me they are not used to do big jobs, probably little repairs here and there, get the cash and go home. However John promised me this time that he wanted to do the job and that he was going to be the one calling me this time to schedule it and continue. That was over 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard from them. Obviously after 2 days and not receiving a call I gave up and decided I was not wasting my time with them anymore. My advice is to look for other options. They are not the best in price or professionalism.

Mr. Larry and Mason came out earlier the morning of the job and knocked it out of the park. We went 5 days no water, our well pump went out on us due to nasty cold weather. These guys at Athens Plumbing and Well Services fixed it in 1.5 hours! Great guys, friendly, prompt and professional. Thank you guys so much! Happy New Year!

I called and they were able to come out the next day. I was told all the things that I might have to have done. So I was a ware of the possibility of a high bill. They arrived at 10 am and left at 4:30. They did excellent work. Going out of my driveway they backed over my gate. I called about it and they came out and fixed it really nice. My septic tank had not been pumped out in over 37 years. It was packed full. I will be calling them again for any future problems with my septic tank.

Refused to come to give an estimate before starting the job without being paid $175 non-applicable fee. Then wanted additional travel time of $175 to return to office to get supplies to do the job. Still no promise of estimate before starting the job. Told that people need to understand they have to pay their men. Ridiculous. Said 18 miles to my house was too far unless they were paid for travel time. Service industry is really changing.

We use Athens Plumbing for our commercial properties. They are very responsive every time! I cannot recommend this company enough. The quality of their work is unmatched. When I call I usually speak with Libby. This Lady makes things happen! She is always a delight to work with. She makes excellent recommendations, schedules us quickly, and follows up to make sure the job was done to our expectations. Also Athens Plumbing Is locally owned and operated which is always a plus. Keep up the good work team!

I called with an emergency where I had water spraying out of a pipe into the floor. They were here in under 45 minutes without appointment. Issue was resolved (replaced joint section) in a half hour of their arrival. This is the second time I've used them and both times have been great. I live on well water so things can get a little complicated. Thanks Athens Plumbing!

Athens Plumbing did a great job on my Septic tank service/pump out. Libby got me scheduled for the time I needed and the guys did a good job locating the tanks, pumping them out and cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend

We've used them for years and have always been happy with their work, but just had them come to service our septic system and the price was about 50% higher than last time. Quote over the phone was $595, but in the end when they were done it was close to $1000. Ridiculous.

Larry and Nick showed up right away. I enjoy they listened to full extent of my home's multiple plumbing issues. Pleasant to have through my home, polite and professional. And most important, they got the job done.
