Grainger Industrial Supply

You name it these folks have just about any type tool or industrial product you can think of. You can order one of their big catalogs by going to the website and look up in the search bar and type in "catalog" the catalog is free when you order it but it may take a week to maybe 10 days to get to your door. Its worth it to have that catalog when you need that hard to find item. I ordered off the web and due to the heavy wieght of my product I picked it up at the Athens location. It took about 3 days for them to get the product to this pick up location. Everything went smoothly. I recommend Grainger.

Staff at the store itsself is good when you're physically there for help. But they expect you to be able to predict on something breaking so you can get what you need during the week because they WILL NOT help you during the weekend unless THEY feel it's an emergency. And when your business is down all weekend & it's an emergency to you, it's not to them. They could care less just as long as they don't have to come help you on the weekend, even after you agree to pay double for the peice you need to get them to come out. THEY DO NOT CARE about your small business being down for two days & you loosing several hundred dollars of work & potential regular customers.

Absolutely aggravating that you cannot pick up a phone and call your local branch direct. I searched for a number, couldn't find it, called the 800# listed, operator would not give me the store number, but instead relayed a message to them. How can you conduct business when you can't call your supplier direct at his location!?!?

Customer service was beyond great. Service personnel are super. Over and above what I expected for a $3.00 purchase. Happy Customer here. Thanks

This crew on commerce rd is the Bomb..I don't care if it's Jeff or matt all these guy's do a wonderful job.. Very friendly nice and courtesy..10 stars for this branch..
