We've used Stanfield air since sometime in the 1980s. When we needed to replace our HVAC system, we called many places. I thought I needed a bigger AC unit so I told each company rep the tonnage I wanted. All of them agreed until Sally Stanfield came. She measured all of my ducts, something the others didn't do, and then explained that I didn't need the tonnage I was requesting. In fact, having too much air conditioner is as bad as having to little. She was clearly superior to all of the others, so we hired Stanfield to replace the system. We've used Stanfield ever since and have never been disappointed. They come each year for maintenance and in all that time have only suggested further service a couple of times. Once to clean a fan and once to clean some coils. In other words, they didn't try to upsell us. Sally's only involved part-time now, but the person who bought the business from her is a long time service technician and supervisor who we've worked with and has always done a great job. We continue to be very happy with the service Stanfield provides. Highly recommended.

Mr Arington was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and provided me with a frank and honest evaluation of the state of health of my 22 year old system and also discussed various repairs that are necessary in the short term given that I intend to replace/upgrade the HVAC in the near future.

Had a mouse get inside the a/c unit outside and did some damage. Capacitor got fried(and the mouse) when it chewed on the wrong thing. At least I know the replacement part has a warranty for 5 years. Yay! Jacob was very open about telling me what he was doing and potential costs depending on what he could find. Seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Think we might have to get the yearly maintenance plan with Stanfield Air!

Stanfield was able to get me in same day when my furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. They called to reassure me that I would be on the schedule and to see if there was a solution that I could fix myself with their help over the phone. Dylan called to let me know when he was on the way. He worked quickly and was very thorough making sure to check everything. He checked multiple times to make sure my pilot light was staying lit and educated me on what the problem was. He also let me know that I would need a new thermostat soon but that it would be cheaper to do it myself which I really appreciate it he even walked me through the steps of how to change it out on my own. I really felt like Dylan and the person who called me earlier today cared and wanted to make sure we were warm. Will definitely use them again.

These guys are working on a house across the street, so decided it was cool to park two of their vehicles all day in our tiny apartment parking lot. Great advertising, lazy and making life difficult for anyone who isn't currently paying you.
