My husband and I went with this company because of the great things Stanfield does in the Athens community, particularly in support of animal rescue organizations, and because of their 5-star reputation. One thing I can assure you without a doubt is how steadfastly Stanfield stands behind their work quality, even during a time of labor shortages and difficulties. We had a less-than-stellar installation process, honestly, which caused several problems in the efficiency and stability of our brand new AC/heat unit. Not only did the service manager and his crew come out and completely reinstall the unit after a few weeks of issues, they offered us a satisfaction guarantee promise if the unit malfunctioned again that we couldn't turn down. On top of that, the gave us a 10-year labor and parts warrantee on the unit for our trouble.

Our new unit has been performing perfectly since the reinstall. The customer service great reputation of this company are well-deserved. Thank you, Stanfield. Worth every penny.
