Wade Heating & Air Conditioning

This was my first time doing business w/Wade Heating & Air in Austell Ga. The tech dispatched to my home was Greg Mitchell. I needed an air condition maintenance check and my step-dad was not available to do it. Therefore, while I was researching, I learned about Wade Heating & Air from 2017 "Best Pick Reports Home Service Guide". I can honestly say that I saw firsthand why this company was chosen for the 13th year as a best pick.

Greg Mitchell was nothing less than a genuine professional who fully knew & loved his craft to a "t". This gentlemen did not miss ANYTHING on the list that Wade Heating & Air promised to deliver during their a/c maintenance check. He cleaned EVERYTHING that he was suppose to clean while being very neat & tidy about it.

I must say that I was quite comfortable with Greg & Eric being in my home. Eric was just as kind, respectful, & professional as Greg was. What I loved about Greg is that he is "ole school" which reminded me alot of my step-dad who is now retired from doing heating & air after more than 30 years of service. Greg listened attentively to my concerns and provided me with the detail answers I needed in order to better understand the status & maintainance of my Goodman Furnace and Lennox HS29 Condenser Unit. Greg was quite patient & detail oriented which is what I preferred.

Please take it from me...I am a lil nervous with new people, especially working on things in my house. I pay CLOSE attention & look out for any scams or a person possibly trying to damage something then wanting to charge me for it. Before Wade Heating & Air, I actually had to tell one tech from another company to just leave my home because of how rude he was. He even said I had a gas leak which Atlanta Gas Light determined never existed. I assure you that I did NOT get that type of disrespect, false info, or waste of my time with Greg Mitchell or Eric from Wade Heating & Air in Austell. They get right down to business. Customer service and providing ACCURATE info is extremely important to them. You will feel safe & the great experience with Wade Heating & Air will make you feel so blessed that you and your heating & air systems are in good hands with the right people.

One more thing....I not only got my a/c checked, but I was more than happy to go ahead & sign up for Wade Heating & Air's Maintenance Plan for 20% off. There is no doubt in my mind about me continuing to do business with Greg Mitchell and Wade Heating & Air in Austell, Ga. I will also be sure to let EVERYONE that's apart of my HOA know about my great experience as well. I hope my review blesses you to make the right decision & choose Wade Heating & Air like I did. Just call them & you will see EXACTLY what I mean. I know this is long, but with my step-dad unavailable I went through heck trying to find a company & tech that I could trust.

The heat pump in the attic of my rental property was broken and leaking water severely through the AC vents in my upstairs bathroom and master closet on the first floor. I left a message for Wade’s emergency weekend service, and Jim Orr responded within a few minutes. Within the hour, he had finished up another job in Dallas and made his way to my place in SW Atlanta. Jim spent the next several hours helping me get the leaking water under control and removing all the soaked flex conduit in the ridiculously hot attic (Georgia in July). He was professional and communicative the whole time, and he arranged for next steps for the non-emergency portion of the repair with his bosses before he left. I can’t thank him enough. Without his hard work today, the leaks would have continued, and I would be staring at a huge bill to replace drywall throughout the house, electrical work for soaked light fixtures, replacing insulation in the attic, etc.

We have used Wade heating and air for 5 years and trust them to care for our heating and cooling systems. Jim Orr is knowledgeable, trustworthy and very personable .

I have used the company for years for repairs and regular maintenance. Today I had the A/C unit replaced and was pleased with the cost, unit and the overall work. Jim and Stan performed today's replacement service and were very professional and diligent in their work and kept me apprised of what they were doing and went over things before they left to ensure that I was satisfied. Jim was an awesome technician. Not only did Jim fix my issue, he educated me on why certain things happens with the system so next time I can understand what is happen and can explain in detail to Wade Heating and Air. I would recommend them to anyone

I would definitely recommend Wade Heating and Air to anyone who is having problems with their ac or furnace. They scheduled me quickly, when they arrived they gave me a fair price. They went to fix my problem and let me know when they were through. I will be calling them again next time my furnace is having issues.

The team from Wade came out during a severe weather alert to replace our A/C unit. I was concerned about their safety, but they were determined to complete the job with professionalism. Despite the less-than-perfect conditions, Jim and his team worked diligently and cleaned up after they were finished.
