paid for a tune up in the fall and spring and both times they sabotage my unit. The first guy wanted 500$ for a new board I got a second look from another company and the guy from wade had disabled my safety switch causing my unit to turn off, so my heater wouldn't run. the company would not stop calling me to schedule my spring check out so I made the mistake of letting them look at it and the tech over field my Freon causing my unit to trip outside. I called the same company as before and I was told once again they sabotage my unit. These guys get paid off selling extras, so they broke my unit twice. DONT USE WADE HEATING AND AIR!!!!!

It was at the begining of summer and very HOT! We have 2 a/c units,and as you think one stop working. IT take two units to cool all of the house,SO Anthony got us a Great PRICE and we said yes. But he said they had a few people ahead of us.and it might be about a week are so. Will with the price he gave us that was no problem! He allso told me about a GREAT O% INterest if payed off in 18months and that sound GREAT and my wife and I just wanted to let everone know about it. The people in the office are so nice,We really like them also! So I guess you know who I will be doing buniess with from now on! The 2 techs that installed the unit was great. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!!!

My house is listed for sale and we've moved out of the house. Our agent one day called and said that the house was hot and it seemed that the AC wasn't working. Since I was away, I feared calling an HVAC company to look at the problem because of the unscrupulous practices of some these companies. I called Wade Heating and AIr, (I've used them before for regular service) and set up an appointment for the next day first thing in the morning. The next morning AJ the technician was able to get in touch with the my agent and go into the house to diagnose the problem. Well...it turned out there was nothing wrong with the system. The furnace switch which runs the whole system was turned off. This was probably done by one of the home inspectors who inspected the house for a prospective buyer.

I am glad the tech was honest in the diagnosis, especially when there was no one around. (I feel bad in saying this, because you'd expect everyone to be honest, fair, and forthcoming). Thank you Wade Heating and AIr making this experience palatable.

Used them today for the first time when our heater quit working and they immediately came out and fixed it. Our technician was very professional and didn't try to oversell us. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Wade replaced the heat pump for my upstairs office in August 2011 - paid almost $4,000. I sparely used the space until the summer of 2013 (I have d/s office too) when I noticed it wasn't cooling very much (it also didn't heat well in winter 2012/2013). The technician came out, charged me $150 to use "sniffer" and found a leak in a brand new coil. They refused to replace it citing expired warranty. If this was frequently used space I wouldn't mind, but they installed a faulty coil in a unit used no more than 100 hours (over the period of 1.5 years) before that leak was detected. They wouldn't even waive the $150 diagnostic fee on the piece of equipment they had installed - that alone would go far in my mind. A terrible, small-minded, penny-pinching outfit. Tried to support a local small business and got nothing but hack attitude in return. Will never use them again and will spread the word as far out as I can.

Been a customer for years. Just had furnace checked/preped for winter. Fast, convenient service that is always thorough and professional. So nice to know I have an honest company that I can really trust, year after year.
