I have been a customer for 10+ years. I find the company and it's employees to be trustworthy, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They put the long term relationship with the customer first and do things to keep the costs fair and reasonable. Jim Orr in particular is very friendly and skilled at troubleshooting and resolving issues. I am glad someone recommended Wade to me many years ago and have nothing but positive things to say.

Wade installed my A/C and furnace back in 2006. They are a quality and trustworthy company that I have recommended to others. Tim comes out twice a year (he is always on time and courteous) for the maintenance and he always does a great job.

Wade Heating and Air has given us nothing but fabulous and personalized service since we began using them. We've had them replace all three of our old HVAC units over the years, and we've received prompt and professional annual service year after year. We have used Wade Heating and Air for 6 years. We called yesterday morning about an issue with the heating system (Georgia summers are hot!), and the manager Anthony had someone over the same day! Jim, the technician, was professional, thorough, and very committed to educating us on how to prevent issues in the future. I recommend them 100%!

I have been very pleased with the technicians from Wade Heating & Air. They are prompt, courteous and efficient. The same tech has been servicing my home for a few years and I prefer that over a new person each time (something that has happened with other service companies).
