My technician was Nicholas Mathura. He was professional and kind. He patiently answered my questions and respected my home by wearing shoe coverings. He inspected my AC and replaced the filter on the furnace. Before leaving, he emailed me details of the visit, recommended services, and we set up a maintenance plan. The entire process was quick and easy. I would use Panther again in the future.

This company is very unprofessional. They have a "I'll get there when I get there attitude" for the last two days I've had a set window of four hours for their techs to arrive. Took days to get that window. Friday it was between Noon and 4pm. Saturday it was between 3pm and 7pm. Neither tech called or showed. In fact the Friday guy lied to his company and told them he came (4 hours late to the appointment) when he did not . I took off two full days from work to wait on these techs and they could care less if they get the job done. I wish I had that type of job security. But unfortunately if I don't show up at appointed times or try to show up four hours late I'll no longer have a client. Have any of you been four hours late for a doctor appointment? They won't see you if you do such a thing. Why even set an appintment!? Also, if i was supposed to be the last stop on friday and you never show.. doesnt it stand to reason that I should be the first appointment on saturday? These folks think they can conduct business as they see fit even when that is at the detriment of the client. They are completely backwards and priorities are not aligned. Bottom line is I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone who needs their ac to work asap. These guys will get to you when they feel like it and you should be appreciative of that. That's their motto.
I called them and on phone they told me they will charge $89 but the professional who came asked me to sign a contract for $125. As he check my A/ C and said motor is bad and will cost $2800. Next day, I called other technician and he fixed the problem by replacing a part for $20. Please stop overcharging and ripping people hard earned Money. Total Scam
Dillon's Moss was the technician today and did a fantastic job of explaining everything. He was polite, professional and respectful. A big shout out to the company itself. I was on their schedule for tomorrow, but they had an opening today and fit me in. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!!
First, let me say I am very impressed with Panther’s 24/7 availability; I didn’t expect to find anyone answering their phones at 9pm but Panther did! My technician today was Mccliess Favors, and he was truly outstanding. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and explained the problem with my A/C unit in a clear, understandable manner so that I felt empowered to choose the best repair option. He was truly a joy to work with and I’d recommend him to anyone who needs help with their A/C in this heatwave!
Dillion was absolutely amazing! He was professional, answered my many questions, had integrity and fixed the issue. As a woman, men in this field will come to my home and just try to take all of my money by saying things are wrong when they’re not etc. It’s terrible. So I’m very thankful for Panther and Dillion being the tech assigned.
Dillon was on time, polite and did excellent work.....definitely a Pantner Plumbing guy. I don't know how Pantner Plumbing does it, but they have these employees, from the people you speak to on the phone to the people in the field, they just make you feel like you're the most important customer they have. Skilled work from polite respectful people and at competitive prices.......yeah, think about that for a minute 👌
