ATLAIR - HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

The service response I’ve had from ATLair has been exceptional. For a business like ours that relies on heating and cooling, whenever there has been a problem with our unit they have responded same day. And all techs have been very professional and knowledgeable. I have no issue recommending them.

I love this company! They replaced my HVAC unit, and when my heater went out on Christmas Eve, and they came out to inspect on the holiday. At every maintenance call , I'm given information about the unit and how to keep it in good shape, and great to work with/talk to!

I’ve worked with this company a handful of times with my older hvac. They’ve been fantastic. Not pushy about upgrades, and they do good work. I will continue to use them.

On-time, professional and knowledgeable. The furnace in the house I just bought wouldn't start, David came out, replaced the faulty parts and had things up and running in no time. He explained what kind of maintenance I'll need to do and checked the airflow throughout the house. Great service!

This is the third time they have serviced my HVAC units and each time they have done a great job. Very happy with their service!

Poor customer service. David came out to work on an HVAC (which they had sold less than a year ago) that they'd already worked on at least two other times (He admitted to coming out in March and May after selling it in December). He kept blaming the previous owner, but never took ownership for their poor workmanship. On the phone, he made a decision asking me if it was fair. When I said, "No", he then argued with me about why it was fair. He came to inspect the system and diagnosed the thermostat not functioning as something being wrong with the "control panel" (my words) and stating that they didn't have the part in stock. I asked him to send me a quote. After several days and no quote, I called and left two messages on separate days. I never heard back to I called Estes. They came out and within minutes saw that it was a fuse that needed to be changed. It cost me nothing and I will use Estes for all of my HVAC needs in the future. (they even have coupons on their website). I realize ATL Air HVAC has a number of good reviews, but I can honestly say that mine was awful and I would never take a chance on a company that operates like this.
