We moved into our home last year. We needed our 1st tuneup before heading out of town especially since temps are to be in high 90s. They were very responsive on getting us an appointment. Andrew came out and was prompted on arriving ,very knowledgeable.. excellent t customer service. I highly recommend!

H&H has been our go-to HVAC provider for years, and I continue to be impressed with their service and technicians. Jesse arrived to our home yesterday on time, and professionally identified and resolved our cooling issue. The office staff is wonderful to deal with as well - BRAVO team!

We purchased 4 new HVAC systems last April and just had our spring service completed. Clyde from H&H just came to service our 4 HVAC units for the summer -- this H&H team is so wonderful. Great communicators, great work, and great explanations. Clyde is probably the best service person I have ever worked with in my 10+ years of homeownership. I felt like a member of his family that he was able to walk me through the "why" things operate the way they do, and he did an amazing job of explaining how we can get more efficiency out of all of our HVAC systems year round. Highly recommend this company -- it is so hard to find someone that you trust and does such great work!

Had a plenum replacement done. Technicians arrived to get measurements, and once they returned, it was finished sooner than I expected. They worked quickly and did a great job.

Second work: AC compressor went out after 24 years. Joe and his company offered great explanations on the system's compatibility and capability. Fair pricing which was well worth the quality of work and personnel. I would recommend them to anyone in Austell or Mableton. Maybe they might service other areas too, but my neighbors will definitely be recommended.

Young man was polite friendly and patient. Inspected system completely. Answer all my questions. Explained the problem I was having clearly. Will definitely use this company again.

With spring approaching, I Called for annual maintenance for air and also had an issue with hot water heater that required draining heater to install new part. Clyde was able to take care of everything and was very informative as well. Recommend H&H!
