My family LOVES H&H Mechanical. Our system is well aged and runs great because their technicians perform regular maintenance on the equipment. He is very honest, very trustworthy, and always polite. There is something to be said of a company that has been in business as long as they have. Their experience, knowledge, and prompt service are worth every penny.

We have used H&H for the last four(4) years and we are very satisfied. They text when they are on their way so you’re not sitting there wondering where they are. Great job 👏

H&H installed 3 a/c's on the roof of our two-story office building. Permits were acquired, part of the street had to be closed to give the crane room. They did a fantastic job, reasonably priced and fast install. GREAT job..

I have been a customer for 13 years and had my system installed by them. As a loyal long standing customer I called them to swap out a simple capacitor on my Air Conditioner. They charged me $183 for a $14 part (a 1300% markup) AND a $79 service fee for 10 minutes of work. More then double the price of $120 that I was quoted by ATL Air in Mableton! When I questioned their ridiculous markup of the part, Norma (the receptionist) rudely told me that if I take my car to a mechanic and get ripped off that it is the same thing. Norma also explained that they "had a new billing system and that's what everyone gets charged now." The service manager, Ken Jones, would not even get on the phone to speak with me after multiple attempts to contact him. Very poor customer service to receive after long standing loyalty on my part. Call other companies that will actually give you a quote before giving you a bill. I truly think the technician saw that I was a woman and wrote the bill for whatever he wanted thinking she doesn't know any better. But let it be known, H & H Mechanical stands behind this disreputable behavior.
