I have had two service calls from Burch Corporation to a commercial kitchen. The first was very good, efficient, quick, affordable and easy to schedule. I was so happy that when we had a problem with a different machine they were the first we called. This second service call took two weeks of calling to arrange an appointment, then two weeks to wait for the appointment. When the new tech came he took over 4 hours to fix the problem, running us into overtime, and then had to come back on the weekend. I called to give the office feedback about it and they were very unfriendly but I figured it was just the woman answering the phone and hopefully it was isolated to her. Today I have a problem with the first walk-in they fixed and I called to have them send out a tech. This time I spoke with a service manager and he was so incredibly defensive and dismissive that I do not know how he ever got a position in customer service in the first place. Though I was happy with one of the four employees I interacted with, I do not recommend dealing with Burch Corporation.
