Terrible customer service, told them from the start my deadline was 3-4 weeks away and it wasn't until 3 days before I needed the unit in place that I was told it was not possible and nothing had been even ordered. I had to call multiple times and leave messages to get any information. They lost a $14k job and I lost an $8k contract because the needed walk-in cooler equipment was not installed in time.
