We have used Wade for years, and truly believe they are looking out for us. We never feel they're "nickeling and diming" us for stuff, and I feel good knowing our bi-yearly maintenance on our heating and AC units will catch any major issues before they happen. The technicians are always wonderful, work hard, and know what they're doing. Jim stopped by today and was terrific. I highly recommend Wade!
Wade Heating & Air installed a new central heating and air conditioning system in my home and I could not be more pleased. The work was completed as scheduled, the technicians were polite and very clean, and the unit they recommended is the most energy efficient system I have ever had. I am saving hundreds of dollars! And all at a very competitive price. Wade even informed me of tax credits I was eligible for and helped me with the paperwork. Great job!
Big shout out to Technician Chris who came out to fix a problem this week. I've been with Wade for over 25 years. They maintain my systems at my rental property. They are trustworthy, honest, and do their best to provide excellent service.
Service Technician, Jim Orr, was prompt, knowledgeable, caring and considerate. He is a gem in the industry! He deserves a raise and praise for giving outstanding customer service. He goes beyond the job required to educate the customer and make an educated repair or purchase of equipment needed. I highly recommend to use Wade AC! Jim Orr was a blessing, and I feel honored that he came to my rescue.

This past weekend, one of our HVAC units overheated and stopped working. The unit provides AC to all of our bedrooms. Both of our units are usually serviced by another company. When I called and told that company I had this emergency, they told us they could not come out until two days later to check on it. I called Wade to see if they could help instead. Their tech Tim was at our house just 30 minutes later. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He thoroughly checked the unit, fixed the problem, and explained everything that had happened and could happen with the unit in the near future. He was super helpful! Thanks to Tim and to the Wade company for being so quick and efficient!
I have a maintenance contract with Wade and had to call them for my first "non-maintenance" issue. As usual, the service tech (Hi, Jim!), called me when he was on the way during the window of time set up. Very thorough diagnosis and repair of an unusual issue. Just super nice people with excellent service.
My Dad has used Wade heating and air for ten years because these folks actually diagnose and repair your current system. They never have pressured the family for a complete new system.
This was on 6/14/17 We had our summer maintenance about a month ago. We know we have a leak had Freon put in last 2 years and it got us through the summer. We had it put in again this time but it didn"t last long at all. We called and Anthony in sales was going to come by and give us a quote for a new system, He checked a few things inside and then checked unit outside. The coil on outside unit was filthy . He asked if anyone had mentioned coil being so dirty and I said no. He called someone to come by with the cleaning solution and they cleaned the coils twice and looked so much better. He explained as dirty as it was the unit was not working properly pulling humidity out of the air inside.They also put more freon in. I asked how much it would be and he said no cost as they wanted to make it right. It did take a while to cool house off since it was 86 degrees inside the house but Wednesday night we had the best sleep we had in a couple of weeks since we were trying to ride it out. Thursday night was even better. The house is still cool and hopefully it will get us through the summer but if not will definitely use Wade to get a new unit in place. Awesome!!! customer service keeps my business and Wade it where we will stay. Kudos!!!! to Anthony from sales and his helper for getting us cool inside again. Many THANKS!!!!!!!
