Marlin James Air Conditioning & Heating

This is my second experience with Marlin James Tech, Kenneth Anders. He is excellent, very professional, very knowledgeable, and I feel like he may be one of the best text I’ve ever had.

Have enjoyed the service Marlin James extends me. The technicians are always polite, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. Gary Frederick has been the scheduled technician for me three times in the last few years. He is neat, detailed in his work and knowledgeable. I appreciate that the turnover of technicians is extremely low.

I have been with Marlin James since my house was built new in 2014. Despite problems from the beginning, they have always provided excellent service until today. Last year I was charged $99 for a clean and check system service. This year their technician tries to charge me $800 for the same service and tells me I’ll need to schedule a second appointment which is usually one service call. Who really believes someone will pay $700 more for the same service a year later?

I love this company! Their technicians don’t work off commissions. They are a very honest company with a good reputation. I recommend them to everybody!

This Company is by far the most professional gracious honest AC company I have ever dealt with. I was told yesterday my unit needed to replaced and today MJ just saved me thousands.
Anyone EVERYONE needing AIR anything please call them first for a honest quote.

Outstanding service from sales to installers! Everyone performed what they committed to complete in a professional and timely manner. Scott Smith of Marlin James was extremely responsive and professional. This is what we as consumers would like to have occur with every purchase we make but unfortunately, my experience tells me that is NOT the case.

The most important aspect of this relationship was trust and most people focus on price but if you can't trust those performing the project cost is of little or no consequence. Think about it, even if you obtain a very competitive quote, why would you select the organization if you had doubt about trusting them? Trust, competency, responsiveness and price are the critical considerations, in that order of priority. Think about it, twice before you make a decision.

I do not recall the names of installers; however they were superb. My garage was cleaner after the installation than it was prior. There have been absolutely no follow up problems or issues.
