When I called him forest thing he said is I have food on the grill. So sorry for the inconvenience but we had no heat and two babies with Covid an 2 months old and an 4 year old. Every time he comes to my house he doesn’t fix my ac. NEVER EVER SEND HIM TO MY HOUSE AGAIN OR I WILL CALL THE BETER BUSINESS Bureau also I want to see Rodgers AC license I bet he doesn’t have any

Steven did an excellent job cleaning & checking my whole system. He helped me understand how the system gets the moisture flowing outside. So glad to have work on my older AC/heater system.

It was a Saturday when they came to fix my Dad's AC. Roger was the tech and it took a little bit to find the short but he did. He explained everything very clearly so we understood. I like the text and communication this company has before they come. We have used them several times and have been pleased every time

Marlin James has been out for a backed up drain line and now a regular maintenance. On the 2 different occasions their technicians have been great. Very personable, very knowledgable and most importantly they dont try to sell you services you dont need.

Gary always does good work. He is very professional and I appreciate him being on time and getting the job done...although I don't like to get up that early!! I always request his service.

The installers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up all the mess. I was impressed with attention to detail - they even used painters tape to make the mastic look neat which I thought was nice. The job took longer than expected because they had to replace some ducts and copper lines, but they did not charge more than the original estimate. Everything looks good so far.

We have been with Marlin James for a few years now. Joined their Reds service program for yearly maintenance.

Our units are 18 years old now and still running well. One went out though on Thursday. Called MJ and they were here Friday. It was raining when they arrived. Climbed into attic. Saw clogged drain line. Fixed in about an hour. No mess. No fuss. No issue. Cost of a service call to repair. Thats fair service. I know i will need to replace my unit in the future. MJ will be doing that for me. Always been prompt, fair, honest. A company with integrity. I really appreciate their service.

When I got home from work today my AC unit was not working the temperature in the house was rising called Marlon James their office was closed but they put me in touch with the technician Dwight who came to the house and diagnosed the problem and fixed it within about 30 minutes and we're back up and running. Dwight was very professional and prompt and did a great job appreciate his help.

Very thorough. Punctual. Takes whatever time is requested to explain work being done and to answer any question. Have you used this firm for two decades and always been pleased with quality of work and personnel.
