I use this business based on a family member reference, which goes to show some people have no clue how unethical some people can be. Owner claim he checked out both HVAC units inside and out. Found that the downstairs unit needed a new pump. Well, he made the repairs and said he didn't need to go inside anymore all the work can be done outside since I was leaving to go out of town. We arrived back in town and the house was cool didn't think anything was wrong until I got my electric bill weeks later. I didn't realize that the upstairs unit blower was continually running and never turning off. So I turned off the unit and swapped thermostats still had the same problem. I then opened the HVAC panel, and I couldn't believe what I founded. The control board in some wires was burnt. I called the owner Tavenoh numerous times starting on 9/2 and left messages. Now I understand why he did not return calls. I'm should he knew About the panel. He finely called 9/19 saying someone mentioned I called and I know why I received that call. Per his. request I sent him some pictures and I haven't heard from him since. His actions has to be the most cowardice thing I've seen a business owner take. You would think upon his inspection the circuit board and burnt wires would have been mentioned.

If I were able to give them more than 5 stars..I would !! T&W air is #1....I had to have a new unit put in....it was a difficult install....Tee and his crew did a wonderful job...professional reasonable knowledgeable friendly prompt..I could go on and on.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...It is relieving to me I do not have to search for an air conditioning company again......T&W is it !! Can't thank you all enough !! They responded immediately and got my in that morning I called! That's super fast service. They diagnosed the problem, informed me of it and the price. They had the part on hand and was fixed within the hour of arriving. I will definitely use them again!!!

Was very thorough with fixing my unit from hell installed by a different a/c company. Clearly explained what the issues were and game plan to solve. Invoice was detailed with pictures and descriptions of all work completed.

Tee and his team are fantastic. He has always been honest, transparent, and fair with me for services rendered, which is something I appreciate as a woman when most contractors would take advantage of your lack of knowledge. He recently did a big job installing a brand new HVAC system. His responded quickly and got me scheduled within days. I could not be home at the time, but him and his team came, did the job and cleaned up after. My AC is working perfectly and i couldn’t be happier.
