It's always hard knowing if/when you can trust a company with your business. However Eskimo Brothers (Josh) made it really easy for me to make this decision. Having recently purchased our home in April/22, Eskimo Brothers called to advise they were under contract with the previous owner to service the existing unit and a free check up/service remained available and they were kind enough to offer it to us, so we scheduled the maintenance for the following month. When Josh arrived, I Immediately recognized and appreciated his down to earth demeanor. It quickly calmed the stereotypical thoughts most people have when a repairman is around. As he navigated his check list, I tagged along trying to learn quickly and without hesitation he explained everything I was curious about in a delightful manner. The visit was pleasant. Fast forward 12 months (April/24), it was time to replace the existing unit and their was no need to consider who I would trust with the job. Eskimo Brothers offered us competitive pricing with quality work (pics included). They installed a new unit/handler today. The job was completed in 4 - 5hrs by Alex. He was also very knowledgeable and personable.

I was in a bind losing my air conditioner, and having 3 huskies in the house. Alex was referred to me by a good friend. With in 30 minutes I had an appointment a day later, where as other companies wanted to schedule 5-7 days out. Alex was very knowledgeable and educated me on other things I didn’t know. All around this was a great experience. I will definitely use Eskimo Brothers AC again, and would love to refer anyone their direction. :) Thanks for having such an awesome employee!

I realized at 2am one night that my AC Unit was short cycling… so what did I do? Panic. I started searching for businesses online I could call now to schedule for the next morning. I called Eskimo Brothers at 2am and immediately got a text back saying they’d be there the next morning. Within 20 minutes my problem was diagnosed, fixed, and I was back to cooling my house. The best part… they didn’t come in and recommend $15,000 worth of home improvements. This is what I value the most… They just fixed my problem. Won’t go anywhere else in the future… :) Thank you so much for your quick response!

I used Ekimo Bro's bc my neighbor used them. I called them and 6 other AC companies for estimates. I was impressed bc they came out the same day to give me an estimate. They let me know when they were about 10 minutes away from showing up. Every other company I got estimates from took a week or more to get someone out to give me an estimate. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They did inform me they probably won't be the cheapest but they won't be the most expensive. I will say out of the 6 estimates they came in 2nd from the lowest. I don't always go with the lowest price. I was impressed with their customer service and no pressure approach. One thing I look at is if a company talks bad about other companies. They absolutely did none of that. I was impressed at how soon they were able to come out to install my new Goodman AC + condenser and thermostat. They kept me in constant contact when they would be showing up. The install was surprisingly quick and clean. I'm extremely happy with the install. I can't even tell when my AC is on. That's how quiet it is. There was only one thing the county inspector pointed out. It was something as minor as a label in my breaker box. I don't really think that's their fault. My house was a flip and the previous owner didn't label the breaker box correctly. Eskimo Bro's came out and updated it and everything is good to go. I also love how they are a small family owned business. I seriously think that if you want a new AC or any work done Eskimo Bro's is the company you need to use. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again to Eskimo Bro's for a beautiful new AC. I will only be using them for any future AC needs and be telling all my friends and family that need AC work done. Thanks again!

Contacted Eskimo Brothers to get a quote to replace my AC unit. They got me a quote in a few hours. I had a new AC unit installed in less than a week. Alex the installer had our new unit installed in less than 5 hours total time. I had one small issue with a thermostat and they corrected it the next day. They are fast and friendly. I recommend them for any AC work. They do it right and make sure you're happy. They also provide easy financing options.

I highly recommend Eskimo Brothers. They communicated with us about every step. Our unit was Almost 20 years old and quit. They had a new unit in for us in just a few hours. Alex put floor covers down and left our house clean and cooling down. Josh was so professional and explained everything. Great people. Great job.

BIG SHOUT Eskimo Brothers for SAVING the day on a moments notice! My AC unit went out 3am on a day with a heat advisory warning ahead. I was able to get somebody at my house in less than 5hrs! Josh was very knowledgeable, very respectful and showed me a few things to improve my unit. I’m extremely grateful for the service I’ve received from Eskimo Brothers! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Eskimo Brothers is the best company i have ever dealt with. I have used them several times and they come right when they say they will. In emergencies when my air was not working they will come same day. Very professional and knows what the issue is right away. Highly recommend 5++++++

Eskimo Brothers Air Conditioning did an outstanding job. They came out on the same day we called them and replaced our HVAC unit the very next day. They are honest, professional and responsive. They took the time to explain the issues and the necessity to replace our outdated HVAC unit. Their approach was genuine and sincere. I would recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

They responded within 2 hours and fixed the issue at hand. While he was getting ready to leave, a new issue arose, the fan motor seized. He assured me we will have a new motor, with in 2 hours.
