HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Tee was a wonderfully friendly and professional gentleman. We could tell that he really cared about our needs, and cares about the quality of his work and service. He found our refrigerant leak in mere moments, by using his ears and eyes to locate the probable area of leak. Then he pinpointed the leak using both modern technology and traditional methods. After finding the leak, he repaired it in a very short time, and we are now comfortably with cold air. He was more than willing to professionally answer any random, curious questions we had. Best of all, for all the service he gave us, he gave us VERY fair rates. He even did some work for us at NO COST! I highly recommend this service if you want quality results by a friendly and considerate person.

My husband and I needed a new system installed. T&W had the most affordable price compared to the other 3 estimates we received. The system came with a 10yr warranty and they also threw in a UV light for free. They answered all of our questions and we feel we are HVAC certified now lol. This servicer was extremely helpful! He didn't really have too much free time in his schedule but fit us in anyway. He came to our home and identified the problem immediately. He then proceeded to verify his assumption but was met by a nest of hornets. Despite their presence, he continued service, going out of his way to go and get wasp spray, and even gave me a can of it. He corrected our issue and we have cold air and comfortable living again. The whole time he was very friendly, personable, and professional. The service was quality and I highly recommended it.

GREAT SERVICE! Used a company to diagnose my A/C System but i felt as if they were trying to rip me off, so i gave T&W a try, and couldn't be happier. Charged me half of the other company and better service by a mile. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and incredible experience.

These guys are legit. I was quoted an outrageous price for a new system by a competitor. They came out the next day to give me a second opinion. Not only did I not need a new system, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a fraction of the price. Very friendly, very professional, and honest. I will be using them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting "T" today. I was in need of AC help right away but didnt know who to call or where to start. I called T & W and T answered right away.
