Marlin James has been our A/C service provider for the past 7 years. This was Robert's first preventive maintenance visit to our home. He took his time to learn some of the quirks of our AC system. My wife had a list of questions for him regarding issues of air distribution and potential condensation issues. He addressed the concerns that were within his scope of knowledge. He also took photographs back to the office to confer with a colleague regarding the more complex issues. That gentleman (Allen) called us today, came out TODAY with ("Junior"), made his own assessment and shared with both of us his recommendation to remedy the remaining concerns to our complete satisfaction. Marlin James is a company to keep!

We replaced our bonus room AC. Marlin James was the best priced system quote we received. They replaced our old Lennox system with a new one. The entire experience was great! The installation crew began at 7:15 am and were done by 1:30 PM. They were polite and so courteous we could not hear them working upstairs. They did a great install and cleaned up completely.
