I’ve used Marlin James for many years and have always been impressed with the technician that diagnose, clean, and/or repair my HVAC unit. Kenneth Anders Jr was professional, on time, and knew just what my system needed to keep us cool in this August heat.

Gary was wonderful! He’s very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, etc. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Dwight did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing the system. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and work.

Asked for a quote through the website. We have a few rooms on one side of the house that have some distance from the thermostat. The rooms are a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house. I asked for a quote, expecting it to be for a dual zone system, an HVAC damper with a second thermostat, or a secondary system that would only service those rooms. Marlin came out and did his thing, left, sent an email with no quote. I emailed them back and still haven’t received any quotes from them over a week later.

If you aren’t willing to return emails or do the work, please don’t waste people's time.

This name came highly recommended, called in June and was advised to call back first of August to make an appointment for a regular service. I didn’t contact anyone else due to your positive reputation. Now I am being told I cannot make an appointment and you’re not accepting new customers?Disappointing

Had a new system installed by Marlin James and it was the best decision we made. This is not my area of expertise and I really appreciated the way they explained the different options and helped me to make the best decision.
They also did some changes that helped cool certain rooms better which was greatly appreciated. We're more comfortable than even and our electric bill is lower.
The crew was great and cleaned everything up after the installation. Even the branches etc that they cut down they cleared up. Super professional service. Happy members of Red's Club as well . 10/10 would recommend.
