Semi-annual system maintenance. The service technician arrived as scheduled and completed all system diagnostic services . He informed me of the over-all system condition when he completed his work. He impressed me with his knowledge of the system operational charactics. Quite frankly, I was impressed with his work ethic and customer service attitude. I've happy with this company since the installation of my new unit a few years ago.
