Gary Ruddell was awesome. Very thorough and an overall nice, respectful guy. Hope I get him again on my next service.

Thought I had thermostat problems but turned out to be a fan problem. Dwight checked all wiring before coming to that conclusion and he didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder. When the new fan comes in, I would like Dwight to install it.

My AC quit working. I called Marlin James AC around 5pm on a Sat. Holiday weekend. They were there by 8:30pm and we were up and running by 9:30pm. Thank you so much for your great service.

Marlin James is THE best company hands down. Christopher Warren diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and ensured there were no other issues. Come to find out the previous company I had service my system told me the heat portion was broken and I needed a whole new system for $13K. Christopher identified everything was working correctly except for one wire - which was disconnected in a way that might be overlooked by a novice. Re-making this wire connection and BAM everything works fine now! The professionalism, honesty and integrity of Marlin James is hard to find. Thank you!!!! Now, we need another cold front…. LOL

My air conditioner was not working. I. called at 8 am and a serviceman was there before 9 am. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I have been with Marlin James since moving to Florida 22 years ago and I wouldn't use any one else.
