My AC went out over a week ago and I was waiting on a friend to “fix it” well, we all know how that worked out-it didn’t! So I was fortunate to come across Victors AC. The entire process was SO smooth & easy. The estimate was done, financing & scheduling all within an hour from my living room. Ricardo & his team were SO dynamic & professional it actually brought me comfort & pride in hiring this company. But, the BEST quality of all 3 workers, they are all dog friendly as I have a non stop anxiety ridden barking dog and they just showed him so much love an attention & understood the barking. That’s what made me write such a detailed review. Oh and every time they go in & out of your house they put on shoe covers to not track dirt in your home-OUTSTANDING! Wow just wow! The level of care Ricardo and his team have shown us has been unreal. Anything from coming on a holiday to look at our system, to getting a new A/C unit installed within a couple of days, and now a service call at 9:30 at night due to a leak we had. We can’t thank Ricardo enough and would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Keep in perspective, we had another A/C person here not even a couple months ago to “flush” the lines, well let’s just say they didn’t and thankfully Ricardo was able to help us during our time in need! I started having issues with my AC not cooling the house. I call very early in the morning and spoke with Ricardo. I told him the issue and even though he was very busy he still came by because it sounded like a quick fix to him (needed freon). He walked me through everything he did and explained everything to me. He even found a slow leak in the coil that he showed me and was able to come by the next day to repair that. He even called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well. Im very satisfied with this company and will be calling them if I ever need AC repairs again.

Victor HVAC service is excellent. Always willing to go the extra mile. He takes the extra time to explain any of my concerns. He even provide tips on how to maintain a healthy AC unit. Will recommend to other and call him with a y of my AC concerns.

Ricardo came out to move my outdoor unit from one side of the house to the other side. First off we chose him because of his responsiveness and his reasonable pricing. They were very professional and did exactly what they set out to do and more. Very good quality work and appreciated their cleanliness. Had them clean system while they were here. And check my system. Very honest. Will definitely be using them again and referring them to friends and family.
