Called for HVAC inspection. Technician was able to come out to the house next day. He completed thorough inspection of my system and provided options for improving the system. Everyone that I spoke with was very courteous and professional.

My overall experience with Hot2Cold was very pleasant and professional. They provided me with excellent customer service. Tiffany, customer service rep, was very helpful and booked my appointment the same day with James Thornsberry, my Technical Engineer/Technician.

Prior to James’ visit, the company texted a bio/picture of James, which was unique. James was very professional, quick and prompt in helping me to get a new air conditioner unit installed the next day that was within my budget. Most importantly, he was respectably and wore disposable shoes before entering my home. James also took the time to explain and carefully go over each air conditioner option so I was well informed before making a commitment. I was not pressured to make a decision right away to do business with Hot2Cold. I really appreciated the follow up emails with his recommendations and additional information.

My next encounter was with Corey Burdette, my AC Installation Technician. The company also provided me with Corey’s bio/picture. Corey was very polite and showed up on time. He was eager to get started. He jumped right in and worked all the way through. I know this work is physically demanding and requires great accuracy. I appreciated that Corey completed the installation the same day without any hiccups or delays. Thank you for showing up! I was happy to have my home cool again. I slept well after so many days without a working air conditioner! Extending my thank you also to Corey’s crewmembers Gavin Carter and Rodney Blake, Francisco Ortiz, and Gerald Edwards. I called and figured it would be a few days before they would have an appointment available, but much to my surprise they had openings the next day! The tech came in and found the issue relatively quickly, spent about 20-30 minutes working on the system and it is up and running again like a champ. I will definitely call them for any future issues I have because they are reliable and available.
**Update
I had to call them again recently, a whole year later for a different issue and I had the same awesome service, same day, polite and knowledge technician. This company knows how to do business and do it well. I will always call them when I need anything.
**2022 Update
I like to add to the same thread as I rely on the consistent and dependable service that I get from Hot 2 Cold. My 13 year old system finally quit and was beyond being cost effective to fix, a day after I got my system diagnosed I had a new similar system installed and it is up and running restoring my home to a comfortable temperature just in time for summer, thanks again guys!!
**Another 2022 Update
There was an issue with my fan outside not spinning and Tony came out and saved the day. Not only did he fix my fan, but he found freon leaks that needed immediate attention, fixed them and ensured my a/c unit was working properly. I am so grateful for technicians like him who are thorough, knowledgeable and kind.

Our experience with the technicican, Charles Adam, was good: however 10 minutes after he left, the outside unit started freezing up again. When we tried to call the office to advise of the situation, they said they were booked and couldn't send someone out until Tuesday. I told them the technician had just left 10 minutes before and the unit was still having the same issue. They insisted nothing can be done until Monday. I advised I didn't want my card to be run until I spoke to someone. They told me they had no control over that and I would need to check with their accounting department on Monday . I asked for someone to contact me to resolve this matter; now I'm waiting for call back from someone that can actually help me. Once I hear back I will update my review.

2 weeks ago, we had problems with A.c unit, we contacted this company thinking that it was the best in the area, our A.C did not work, the technician came and told us that the problem was maintenance and that the price was 175 dollars, we thought and believed in it What this technician was telling us, he guaranteed us that the problem would be solved, he did his job in 15 minutes and told me today you are paying to learn, he took his tools and left (the a.c never worked), the next day we called the company and the same technician returned, did basically nothing and left (the a.c never worked) on the third day we called and they sent a different technician, this technician found the unit defective and told us that the previous work was deficient, he made calls to his supervisor looking for a solution that never came, at the end I paid 175 dollars and my a.c never worked.
we contacted the company to complain, and I still waiting for any answer. my a.c unit is not older than 2 years...really disappointment.
