My Tech/Engineer James Tho. Was outstanding!! He provided a detailed explanation of my flawed HVAC design and thorough technical analysis of the cooling issues. As a (networks/electronic/software) engineer myself, I felt very very confident he was not trying to upsell me on unnecessary services or AC upgrades. In fact he outlined a design approach that provided me a responsible and affordable phased fix to a poorly installed system using improperly rated ducts work, misrouted drain lines and just poorly installed intakes, returns and general whole house airflow. And they gave me a 5% military discount…. Although AC work is NOT Cheap.

Very professional and top notch. They sent out a highly qualified engineer just for the quote to redesign our whole duct work system! Great communicators as well.

Really appreciated Brennan's quality service and thoroughness with assessing my unit, performing required maintenance and recommending quality improvements. It's always appreciated when an AC engineer happily jumps up into the attic to check on the equipment. Many AC techs take the easy way out and bypass attic inspections.

Anthony and GR were great. Quickly diagnosed problem and scheduled the repair. Id have either of these 2 technicians back if future work was needed

I've had three companies come out to my home to provide me with estimates to install/replace an AC system in the home. Out of the three so far, James is on top my list. Professional, knowledgeable, sounds like he knows what he is doing. He is in-depth about describing what is going to be designed with the system. Still waiting on other information before I choose who will provide the service for me.

My A/C installation was completed this week. They took out both of my old AC systems and installed their variable stage system. As of right now everything seems to be working properly.

Dealing with them was a total nightmare. At one point the technicians threatened to leave with my unit completely in pieces and having already paid. They manhandled and broke our thermostat then blamed me for it. Our Lennox fan motor was stuck in the on position, that's it. This shouldn't take days of work and over a thousand dollars to fix... But it did. Our white walls were disgusting with filthy hand prints, our framed family photos on the walls askew. They had the audacity to try to sell me on some monthly program, as if I would allow them on my property ever again let alone near my A/C. If you like overpaying in advance, broken promises, being threatened, and argumentive workers making you uncomfortable for wondering what's going on while they scratch their heads endlessly.... This is your place.
