Tech was on time, did a great job and very professional.

i called after 6:30 pm after being told by 3 other companies they couldn’t get to me before the next day. John called and said he would be here in about 35 minutes….and he was here in 35 minutes! He was professional and very thorough. He had our system up and running in less than 30 minutes. He then checked lines, splits, etc. Very nice person and I would definitely recommend John and his company.

Tony Lewis is the best HVAC technician we’ve ever used. He’s honest and that says a lot. Hot2Cold stands by their AC units and we are loyal as a result.

33510 Jason was very professional and straight to the point. He troubleshot the problem through my and came to the conclusion that the capacitor was good and the fan motor was the problem. He had the correct tools and parts on hand for the job to be done right. Everything that was removed was reinstalled correctly so it looked just like before if not better. I will highly recommend Hot2Cold to all my family, friends and neighbors

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the staff was very professional. John was my service person and he was on-time and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a quote that I thought was a fair price for what was being done. I received a text and email confirmation of my appointment, a text to advise what technician performing the repair, including a picture and profile (very nice touch) and an email receipt for my records. I would recommend this company for AC repairs and I would utilize them in the future.
