Hot2Cold is an awesome company. The person they sent to check on our system named James was supposed to give us an estimate for our AC duct cleaning which I thought we needed because some rooms were much hotter than others. James checked our entire system and found that it settings the installation company left for our units are not proper for our house. He put proper settings and adjusted all of the vents in the house which made it feel much better. On top of that he didn’t charge us anything! I haven’t seen this level of honesty and professionalism in a long time. Recommend this company to anyone who needs their AC serviced.

I've used Hot 2 Cold 5 times now and they will continue to be my first call. They are always responsive, more thorough than other services I've used, taking the time to fully explain issues and options and I get the strong sense they are fair and trustworthy...I can't say that about other services I have tried in the past. They also have very reasonable rates - they are definitely not the most expensive out there (I've compared), and their service is the best I have ever experienced. You simply can't find a more knowledgeable and helpful person than James Thornsberry when it comes to anything HVAC related. Highly recommend!

You don't find many straight shooters like Tony anymore! You can tell he's been doing this a long time and knows what he's doing. He took his time to thoroughly check everything and recheck things after he performed an intervention. He didn't try to sell me anything, pressure me into doing something I didn't want to do or talk down to me. He listened patiently to all my questions and answered them in a way I could understand. This company was referred to me by my realtors (The Waugh Group - LOVE them!) because the other company that came out last week quoted me several thousand dollars to fix the problem yet didn't spend even half the amount of time Tony did checking out my AC unit. I'm so glad they recommended I get a second opinion. He said his goal is to find the problem and fix it correctly thereby reducing his number of callbacks. As a customer, I appreciate that SO much! He is also going to check in with me in a couple days to see how my system is running. I will ask for him by name every time!

Luis and Cecil were excellent! Arrived quickly after call, analyzed problem, replaced two large capacitors in compressor, had air back in two hours. Love it! Nice guys and very professional.
