Reggie was excellent. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in less than an hour. Very friendly and polite. He is the reason for 5 out of 5.

Hold time to get through was long 30 + minutes then 15 minutes the next day. Was also frustrated with a Mix up with day and time, but service was so good that I will still give them 5 stars.

One of my Ac keep saying AC power loss. They came out he removed thermostat and said that’s the problem you have batteries in. I was told u need them in of my 3 Ac this is the only one having issues so he wanted 99$ for the show up no problem but then wanted 185$ For telling me that’s my problem any other company would of just changed the 99$ and not the 185$ being he did not do anything but tell me to take battery out. I talked to all the home around me that all where told they need the battery in so I would not be using this company anymore and I would say my neighbor will be doing the same being all the homes are having trouble bc lack of workmanship and quality.

Updated- they charged me 1961$ for 4 hour labor. Do not do business with them

I did not choose this company . My builder did. Purchased my home with a newly installed Del air carrier system. To actually get a person to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. I have been called multiple times by the only to be hung up on . I supposedly have a 5 year warranty on my system but I cannot get them to respond to my multiple requests for service. I have asked for a supervisor or manager to call me back and that just delays them from coming out even further. Do not waste your time with this company. They do not want to work on the equipment they Install or warranty

Update. The owner wants me to post my address and phone number on a public forum because like his workers he is too lazy to look me up in his system by my name.

Update 2. It's a year later. The freon has leaked out of my system again. I call back the 24 support line get an appointment set for 6-19. I call them at 12 on 6-19 only to find out someone dropped the ball and didn't set the appointment. Beware of this company. They are liars and will not stand by their word. My system is 2 years old. There should not be on going problems.

Stayed home to be there on a Thursday, email later said to call them for Friday. I did and they came at the end of the day. Employees were great, perhaps overscheduling by dispatcher?

I’ve had a brand new system put in my brand new house. I’ve been here 2 years and Dell air has been back to my home at least 4 to 5 times. Luckily the first few times were within the 1 year warranty. However, this last time they charged me $99.00 to diagnose the issue, then charged me another $150 on top of that for a faulty sensor wire that probably cost $5 and the technician 15min to put in. Their systems are trash! They are made to break down and they over charged for the maintenance they know you will need. After he charged me $250 for 15min of work, he then said that I will need maintenance soon and that cost 129.00 and he could do it today if I wanted to pay an additional $129.00 with a smirk on his face. I would never recommend them to anyone! Their products are horrible and meant to break down. Then when the tech comes that act like it’s your fault their cheap parts fail. I will make it my business to make sure that they lose contracts because what they are doing is highway robbery.
