The guys did a great job installing my new furnace. They had great attitudes and were willing to accommodate the fact I had other projects going on. I would recommend Iceberg to anyone looking for heating and cooling services.

Called on a Sunday @5 pm because my thermostat went blank. They came within the hour and fixed the problem. It was a drainage clog. Troy was very experienced and pleasant. Will definitely use them again.

We moved in to a new OLD house and the upstairs AC wasn’t working. Troy came the day we called and explained everything clearly and answered every question I had. The fix was quickly accomplished and he looked over all the other aspects of our HVAC system. I signed up for the very reasonable maintenance plan and feel so relieved to be in their competent hands.

I had a recent problem with wires overheating and melting in the air handler causing a breaker to flip after using the heat this winter on my central ac unit. Troy came out and spliced the corrosion damaged wires out and corrected the problem. He charged a very fair price since I had the original schematic that he could follow. Glad I had it (to save labor time) and very happy he treated me honestly and fairly. He gave me straight answers to my questions and did not try to sell me unnecessary work. No biggie, but I do wish he automatically taped the wire nuts to prevent future corrosion vs my suggestion (I have always prided myself on being a do it yourselfer). I will certainly use this company in the future.

I contacted Forest Air for an estimate. The technician came out and surveyed my home and the system I was replacing. I never received a proposal or any follow up from them. Even if they weren’t interested in doing the job, a phone call stating such would of been nice.

A/C was freezing up and not cooling, in August! Not cool!
I called four different companies, a few were way over priced, a few never called back, a few couldn't get to it till tomorrow and I couldn't bear another night with no A/C, ugh!
Forrest A/C called me back at 6:30 pm. And had a repairman on site by 7:30pm. He was knowledgable and courteous and fixed the issue right away.
Great sevice, honest fair pricing, will definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you.

Quick diagnosis of the problem (fan motor) and returned with a motor replacement the next day. Service was efficient and effective.
