Custom Air Works HVAC

Custom Air Works did a great job installing a new air handler and condenser for me. My old system had stopped working and Jim came up with a great solution for a new system despite some challenges with the existing space. The price was fair and I was never upsold or pressured into buying anything that I didn't need. The installation was done quickly and professionally, with care taken to protect my floors and my possessions. Thanks to Jim, Eric, Josh, Brian and everyone else at Custom Air Works!

We contacted Custom Air Works that we were having an issue with our HVAC. He came out the same day & diagnosed the problem quickly. Since the heat pump was older we opted to replace it. We had been wanting to install a REME HALO air purification system for awhile & Jim was able to install that while doing the hvac install. Jim's team of Jason & Mark were timely, efficient , polite & considerate of our home. Brian the office manager did the scheduling & warranty work & was very nice on the phone. We highly recommend this Company for any AC & Heating or Air Purification needs.We are so glad Jim's Co was recommended by a friend to us!!

Jim and his team installed a new America Standard system in my townhouse and I have not had such a positive home improvement experience in many years. Jim is an incredibly honest and knowledgable professional and his team was outstanding in completing a very challenging installation. Their workmanship was clean and efficient with continuing maintenance in mind. They were all very thorough and they cleaned up after themselves so that there was never any mess left behind. Perhaps the most impressive thing to me was the positive attitude and respect that they had had for each other and for my wife and me. Jim is a great mentor to these young men and I could not have asked for better people to be in my home. Finally, the price was fair with great value for the money we spent. Jim and his team are great! My AC stopped working and when I called he happened to be in my neighborhood on another call and was able to be at my house within a half hour. He was thorough in detecting the problem with my unit and also educating me on what was going on. He fixed my AC for a reasonable price and told me things I could do on my own to save money. I would recommend him to anyone!

Custom Air replaced all of our worn out attic ductwork last Friday. Rather than simply replacing the existing ductwork with the same configuration, Jim mapped out the ductwork and improved on the existing routing, making it more efficient! Jason, Mark and Ian did a beautiful job. Our house is more comfortable already! Great company, and highly recommended!

My air conditioner quit working Wednesday night. I spoke to Jim at eight am Thursday morning.
Two hours later Jason and Travis were at my home, diagnosing the problem. They added Freon
