Hern Heating and Air Conditioning

So grateful for Christian and everyone at Hern. I have a newborn and my AC was stalling and not cooling. They came out same day and got my unit back to cooling and did so quickly. Christian was so professional and they left everything cleaner than they found it. They also have a great notification system to let you know the name of the technician and when they will arrive. I highly recommend Hern for both the quality and professionalism of service.

First time home buyer who wasn’t afraid to get some options. Christian was personable, honest and professional from the moment he stepped on our driveway. Their pricing is honest and they have no reason to upsell you something you don’t need. Install crew was great, and left the space as they found it. Can’t speak enough about the team, sent some other buddies their way I was so pleased. The walking billboard companies out there were only looking for your money.

We've used Hern for several years now for various heating/cooling problems, they have always been excellent. Today they replaced old ducts, vents and insulation throughout our attic. They showed up right the designated time, had all the materials, spent the day working, cleaned up (very nicely) and took the old materials away. Scott and his team are professional and neat! I highly recommend them!!

Our air conditioner wasn't coming very efficiently so we decided to get a few companies to come over and give us some quotes. We decided it would be better to replace it with a better system rather than try to repair it because of its age. Working with Hern was great and our tech, Christian, was very knowledgeable and skilled and took the time to explain what system he recommended for our house and the cost and benefits of several different options. We are not experts and this part was extremely helpful and led us to go with Hern. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process was very friendly and helpful. We were not rushed or pressured. There are no sales gimmicks, just quality work for a fair price. They were not the lowest bid we got but also not the highest. We've had the new system in place for a few months now and our electricity bill was cut almost in half. The quality of work is excellent and everything works exactly as it should. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair or replacement.
